Air Conditioning Cabins
These cabins can be used for location heating. In dyeing plants, welding shop, machining shop, there is a constant need of fresh air for manufacture. By pumping air to the place amount of air change is increased.
Paint Baking Ovens
The paint needs to be baked to increase the persistency of the paint on the equipment and corrosion resistance. Therefore painted equipments are put in a baking unit.
Surface Treatment Burners
They are used to increase the surface tension of plastic. They are premix burners. To increase the surface tension of the packaging flame structure has to be special.
Printing Press Machines
They are used to increase the quality of printing on paper or packaging and prevent the paint from dissolving on the surface.
Enamelling Baking Furnace
In this furnaces materials covered with enamel are baked. Baking temperature is nearly 900 °C. Generally materials hanged to conveyor and covered with enamel are sent to a furnace that is designed as a tunnel.
Pearlite Polishing Furnace
This furnace enables pearlite material to expand in high temperature and polishes it.
Plaster Kiln
Raw plaster moves as spiral in rotary kiln. Hot air is sent to the rotary kiln. At the end of the kiln plaster becomes ready to use.
Plasterboard Furnace
This kind of plaster furnaces are produced as tunnel type. Plate shaped plaster moulds are moved inside the furnace. Burners placed through the tunnel increase the heat of plates gradually. At the exit baked plaster moulds are taken.
Shrink (Packaging) Machines
It is a firm packaging machine with shrink material. The materials that are packed with this product are sticked with flame that is applied to connection points after wrapping. Premix burner is used.
Drying Furnace
The principle in this machines is that dry air that has low relative humidity is met with dense air motion of the material which will be dehumidified.
Waste Gas Heat Increase
Extra heat in the process means that the exhaust gas that will be released to the atmosphere is high as well. This energy can be used in different processes. If this waste heat is not enough for necessary heating for any process this heat needs to be increased. It can be applied in cogeneration unit exit.
