1- FIRST APPLICATION

You can apply by filling Line/Box Demand Form. Izgaz may demand another form which includes technical information.

 

2- TECHNICAL EVALUATION

Izgaz does the technical evaluation. If it is positive the client is informed about connection fee. If the client accepts connection, a contract is signed with him/her. After the agreement the client receives a letter informing that he or she has to apply to a certified company to get the external and internal installation done.

 

3- PREPARING THE CONTRACT

The client submits the related form (İZGAZ FR.75.89) for natural gas sale contract. The technical information on the form is compared with the values on the approved Project.

If exists wrong data is corrected.

Eligible customer price is written from the related level according to the yearly gas consumption.

For each meter guarantee fee is defined from the two- months maximum value according to the gas amount that is stated in the contract. It is compared with existing amount, if necessary additional guarantee fee is demanded.

For each meter stamp tax is calculated. Additionally Natural Gas Sale Contract, guarantee fee account and stamp tax account are sent to the customer.

 

4- SIGNING THE CONTRACT

 

For each meter a contract is prepared and sent to the customer with the guarantee fee account and stamp tax account. After the customer signs the contract and pays the guarantee fee, the contract is also signed by Izgaz authorities and a copy of it with a ‘’same as original’’ stamp on it is given to the customer.

Stamp tax will be paid to the tax Office by Izgaz after the signed date of contract. This amount will be reflected to the first consumption invoice as stamp tax.
